I am a yoga teacher of adults, children and teens based in Beeston. I have passion for making yoga as inclusive and accessible as possible.
I teach traditional mat-based classes, chair, wheelchair, wall, bed or sofa and genuinely mixed level and integrated classes. I work in the community, in schools and with individuals. Whether you are 1 or 100 there is a yoga for you! I can also create bespoke approaches to suit particular special populations, preferences or needs.
